Brand identity for TIFFIT Coaching, an online nutrition and strength coach focused on helping clients achieve their fitness goals while building a healthy relationship with food
The goal of this project was to develop a brand identity for TIFFIT Coaching, an online nutrition and strength coach focused on helping clients achieve their fitness goals while building a healthy relationship with food. Phase two of this project includes website development and is ongoing.
The first step was to meet with the client and discuss their brand values: who are you and what are you wanting your target audience to know/feel about you? This meeting also allowed me to get a better understanding of the client's industry, target audience, and design vision.
After the initial meeting, I conducted research and analysis to gain a deeper understanding of the industry. This research included market research and competitor analysis. I also had the client develop a Pinterest board with ideas and photos that represented their brand's vibe.
Based on the research, Pinterest boards, and brand values, I created several mood board options. These mood boards included images, color palettes, typography, and other design elements that will inform the brand's visual identity.
The client requested a more extended mood board with some edits to help them decide. Ultimately, they decided on the "Bright and Bold" mood board.
Once the mood board was approved by the client, I began developing concepts for the brand identity, including the logo, typography, and other visual elements. I created a few different logo concepts that I felt all represented the brand's aesthetic. These concepts were presented to the client for feedback and revision, and the client fell in love with the first one.
I refined the different color and submark variations for this logo. I organized the logo by variations and colors, packaged the brand colors and fonts, and sent the optimized files to the client.
Throughout the entire process, communication and collaboration between the client and myself was the key to ensuring that the brand identity accurately reflects the client's vision and resonates with the target audience. The end result is a cohesive, bright, and memorable brand identity that effectively communicates TIFFIT's values and personality to the world.
Phase two of this design project is ongoing. I will be working with a UX designer on the web development for this client. Stay tuned!
